- - All catering done in-house; three approved outside caterers exist but rarely used - Outside catering triggers a room rental fee instead of meeting the F&B minimum - F&B minimums (per person, no room rental fee if met): - $25/person daytime (corporate lunch ~$5,000-$6,000 total) - $55/person evening (weddings, mitzvahs, ~$10,000 minimum) - Final payment and event details due one week prior to event -
