Outside AV / production

Outside AV welcome. - Open to outside production companies and vendors - In-house AV: microphones, screens, projectors only - No exclusive or preferred AV vendor list; client’s choice - Requirements for outside vendors: - Certificate of insurance required - On-site meeting with house AV tech for approval before event (tech does not need to be present during event) - Multi-room AV coordination across ballroom and breakout rooms requires outside production company

Catering

In-house catering only. - All catering done in-house; three approved outside caterers exist but rarely used - Outside catering triggers a room rental fee instead of meeting the F&B minimum - F&B minimums (per person, no room rental fee if met): - $25/person daytime (corporate lunch ~$5,000-$6,000 total) - $55/person evening (weddings, mitzvahs, ~$10,000 minimum) - Final payment and event details due one week prior to event -

No on-site lodging. Preferred nearby lodging: Kimpton (across the street, brand new); Hyatt (under a mile away)
