- - No in-house AV team; only TV and projector provided, no in-house speakers or microphones - Outside production companies permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to hotel policy - Load-in: loading area available; equipment must fit in elevator; size/weight reviewed per shipment - No standard fee for bringing in equipment unless something requires special review - Insurance requirements not confirmed; to be followed up
