Catering

Approved caterer list. Catering: 9 preferred caterers (reviewed annually); outside caterers allowed at $15/person fee, approval required - Catering minimums set per caterer; beverage minimum $2,500 (cash and hosted bar combined) - Rough estimate for plated corporate lunch: ~$60+/person

Lodging

No on-site lodging. - Lodging nearby: - HR Two (boutique, across the street): floor buyouts of 7-8 rooms, new this summer - The Ramble: ~3-minute walk - Booking lead time: 3-6 months typical for corporate; busiest months are April, May, September, October, December - Already booking into 2028 for peak Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays - Clients should inquire early; last-minute availability exists but is rare
