Real capacity numbers

By configuration if you have them (reception / banquet / theater). We print published figures only — yours beat our research.

Your AV policy

Can clients bring outside production? Is there a fee, a preferred house team, or an exclusive mandate? This is the field readers filter on.

Your catering policy

Bring-your-own, approved list, or in-house only — and the approved list itself if you have one.

Lodging

Rooms/keys on property, room-block minimums, seasonal notes.

A proper logo

We harvest marks from venue websites automatically, which doesn't always find the good one. SVG or high-res PNG on transparent, ideally.
